We share the ‘corporate philosophy’ and ‘management policy’ that the company pursues, respects the order or free competition market and fair competition principle, enhances corporate value through management activities that comply with laws in all areas and countries where we operate the business,
and pursue common prosperity with all concerned parties.

Therefore, we declare the establishment of “Employee Ethics Charter” to newly establish
our ethical beliefs and set the standards in actions and value judgment.

  • Transparent
    Management
    • Do not receive or offer any money or valuables from partners or concerned parties in any case.
    • Block off any antisocial forces or terrorist groups, and respond to monetary or convenience demands in resolute attitude.
    • Do not engage in bets (golf, poker, etc.) with clients, partners, public officials, etc.
    • Use cafeteria for meals with concerned parties if possible, but do not exceed the range allowed by the anti-graft law.

    Cooperation
    • Do not perform any form of unfair or illegal actions using prominent authority and dominant position.
    • Try to foster globally competitive partners, and operate a systematic program to support partners.
    • Work politely with the partners.
    • Protect client’s rights and interests, and keep the promise with client.
  • Environmental
    Management
    • Take active actions not to use or include harmful substances in product development or production process.
    • Do not use or aid use of harmful substances (4 heavy metals, etc.) prohibited by the law or common international notion.
    • Make efforts for sustainable use of resources and energy in the production process from development, production, sales, use and disposal, and reduce pollutant discharge.
    • Actively support environmental training of employees and environment management activities of partners.
  • Quality
    Management
    • Take the lead in establishing a zero-defect parts production system to produce top-quality products continuously.
    • Make best efforts in supplying self-verified perfect quality products to be acknowledged as the top quality worldwide.
    • Establish the system to determine client’s quality awareness promptly, and do the best to improve product quality in real time.
    • In case of quality influence factor due to 4M change, review according to 4M regulations provided by the client and prevent defects in advance.
  • Information
    Security
    • Do not use information obtained related to work for personal benefit in any case.
    • Do not disclose information obtained from the company, client, or partner to a third party.
    • Do not distort information regarding client or partner, spread false information or damage data without permission.
    • Practice information security on a daily basis - Do not leave major data unattended, discard important documents thoroughly, etc.

    Responsibility
    • Try to fulfill social responsibilities with the spirit of citizenship.
    • Always try to bring hopes and dreams to the ones in need and realize sustainable society.
    • Respect human’s dignity and right to happiness, follow the principles of gender equality, reject child labor, and forced labor, and firmly reject sexual harassment, etc.
    • Take the lead in priority recruitment of community members, preservation of animals/plants and cultural assets, and communication with the community as a member of local community.
